Technically speaking, because Aries represents newness, change is a part of the Aries makeup. Well, it's not "change" for change's sake, that perhaps Aquarius would seek out, but rather that Aries seeks constant newness.

The short answer yes, Aries can change!

If you're having trouble changing, or tend to stick to things, it may be you have Earth in your chart with some fixed signs. We'll need to look at your entire chart! :) It depends on your motives for not changing too. Earth signs seek stability and therefore don't like change, and water signs tend to be afraid of getting into emotional pain, therefore also may stay away from change.

Hi Jasmin and welcome to our group. I am kind of new here also. You are still very young so it should be easy for you to lose those lbs that you put on. It is so common.

But don't wait till your 63 like me. Also I have a question. Here goes: Do you think an Aries person will ever change?

Welcome to the group! It's not very active so maybe you can help it out ;)

I am an astrologer (as well as a photographer/fine artist) and have enjoyed studying/researching astrology for 21 years. It is a true passion of mine!

I've only recently (for the past four years or so) delved into Evolutionary astrology and find it very fascinating! In the future I'd love to learn Vedic astrology as it seems highly accurate with event timing.

Oh, and don't worry about gaining what--17lbs since May? I gained nearly that much just over the holidays! And anyway, you've come to the right place if you're in need of support, Sparkpeople is a big help.

Hi there everyone! My name is Jasmin - glad to be a part of this team!

My quick Spark story: I am 25 yrs old, just married in May of 2011 - I was 123 lb on my wedding day and about 2 weeks ago I was 140... yikes!! Understandably, it was a "celebratory year" due to wedding festivities.. and of course, simply not taking good care of myself! I am a vegetarian, I go vegan about 75% of the time.

My quick Astro story: My journey with astrology and other spiritual paths started extremely young. I am currently a CAAE certified astrologer (Canadian Association for Astrological Education) and am working towards my ISAR certification (International Society for Astrological Research). I also read oracle cards, to angel readings and past life regression.

Astro wise; I am technically trained in both Evolutionary and Classical Astrology (honestly they are literally at both sides of the spectrum!!), and also experienced in Western-Contemporary.

Can't wait to start the astro chats! Love to all of you, and best of luck on your journeys!
