Hi Everyone! For some reason, I have always used birthdays as deadlines for goals... it just seems natural. Especially when I hit 30 - I wanted to be more fit and healthy for my 30's than I was in my 20's! It worked for a little while, then I got married and quit being "mindful". Now I'm ready to re-establish those good habits! My goal is to be back in good shape and 140 lbs by my 33rd b-day on May 13th.
