Hi, I am new to this team. I am a co leader of another team and saw about this team in a team for team leaders. I started SP on Mother's Day Weekend and started really getting out there and moving to lose the weight. I started off with walking and then did the "couch potato to 5k" plan and ran my first 5k in Sept. I hurt my back and side shortly after joining SP, so walking and running/jogging is the main thing that my doctor recommended for me to continue my weight loss. So glad to join this team. I belong to several other teams too, so I can not be really active in them all. But I do my best to try to keep up with at least responding to msgs posted directly to me. And I am always happy to try to help encourage others to get out there and start moving again like I did too. All my best to you all. I welcome all the friend request that I get, the more the merrier I think!
