Hi I have been looking for an active walking team, joined a couple and left because they weren't active. I read JACKSGRAN blog and she mentioned this team. I perked up and went to her page and found the team she mentioned. I do the virtual 1 mile walks. My goal is to get down to a 15 minute mile. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips and it is bothering me right now. I am waiting for the shots to come in to have another round. I work out in the therapy pool at least twice a week.
