Finding your Stride Length
• Measure a 30 ft distance. Mark the starting and finishing line.
• Start walking a few feet before your starting mark to ensure your natural pace and accurate stride.
• Count the number of steps it takes you to walk the 30 ft. Walk at your normal pace.
then you can go to: www.walk4life.com and put in your stride, number of steps walked and it will calculate out for you your miles walked. www.walk4life.com
This is great just for you own info...and your stride WILL change as you walk more...and also for those of you using a pedometer!
