My goal for today is get my half mile walk to the school and back and then my yoga then do WATP 2 miles video and 40 crunches. Possibly the bike this evening. Gotta get the load of laundry outta the dryer today also and wash some blankets.

My goal for today is walk my son to school and then walk around the little town. Then I gotta go grocery shopping then hopefully come back to ride the bike but I don't know if thats gonna happen again today. Yesterday I was to exhausted to ride the bike.

My goal for today is do my walk around town when I walk my son to school and come back and do my crunches. The Autism trainer is coming at noon so when I get done with exercise this morning I need to clean house a bit then take shower. This evening I want to ride the bike and do my lunges and squats. Mayb even my leg lifts and bridges. I've also gotta see what is the exercise for todays Daily fitness challenge.

exercise
drink fluids
eat freggies ( I will master this one day
track everything
make 1 phone call ( mayb if I break it down to 1 phone call a day I'll get them out of the way

drink my coffee and tea and water to get my 10 cups in for the day emoticon
track everything emoticon
make some important phone calls (I hate doing this) emoticon
Pick up my antibiotic from the pharmacy to get started to get rid of the sinus infection (I'm tired of the pain) emoticon
