What to do next? I'll be updating this often. So, PLEASE do NOT reply on this.
There are 3 Team Forums: Walking, Cardio, Strength.
Always start with Walking first. Any pedometer will do. Find you're maximum steps you can do daily. Haha..that's right daily. Then we'll find a buddy(s) to work with. Start with some walking and work with other Team Forums together.
Cardio is any exercise besides walking. What do you prefer? SP exercise videos? Your own exercise videos? Go to the gym? Running? Jogging? Any ideas bring it.
Strength workout is mostly working with your specific muscles. Dumbbells. SP exercise videos. What else?
Please join our Team Goal so you can keep track of your steps.
Remember to communicate with your buddy(s) so they don't think you're MIA (missing in action). The more you communicate the more you'll be willing to exercise. You can do this! Eventually all this will become a routine and a part of who you are. You're working on you to make a better you. There's no loss here but only a win-win.
