Here I am this morning smiling, as I have decided to be more accountable for me. Today is the first day in awhile that I am totally ready to do what I need to to start my New Year New Me campaign...as I am now forging forward shedding the poundage (heehee). I am getting back to what was making me successful a couple of months ago: hittin' the gym at 5 am, drinking my shakes/smoothies, walking at lunch, eating right and the weight was coming off; then I just stopped. Now I am back to do what I need to, as my goal is to be bikini (IF I want to) ready by next summer & less 30 pounds by hmmm maybe January. One day at a time, one pound at a time...

I'm also the Leader for 40 somethings with 25-49 pounds to lose Team. I've joined SP in March of this year and became Leader towards end of May. I am a member just like you and also a leader. I've setup this team for working out similar to like in a gym setting for my team. But everyone in their 40s is welcome. If you're not in the 40s and would like to join our team, you're more than welcome but please check with me.
Everyone who joins this team must participate in working out as your team buddy(s) will be dependent upon you. You must be willing to exercise. Don't worry about motivation as it'll come.
In order to be successful and be more motivated to exercise, please communicate and have fun. In order to do this, please help us by setting up your SparkPage. It's just a lot more fun when we all are interacting with one another. Not to mention Goodies! However, privacy also is very important. Which I've been made aware recently. So, if you don't want to lock your SparkPage like mine, it's ok not to have a SparkPage. For the buddy system (coming soon), you will not be able to add any friends but you have the option to send SparkMail to each other and you're also welcome to chat on the message boards.
