Hello everyone! I have so many obstacles to get past, I have decided to take control before it goes out of control, I do not over eat, I under eat which is just as bad if not worse. I have develped a phobia about looking at myself in the mirror and hating the reflection. I know I need to feel better about myself. I am hoping to change all these issues about myself in a helathier and more positive way!
