Congrats on starting the program! Cardio and Total Body are probably the toughest for me from Alpha circuit! Just keep pushing yourself and modify with Tanja when you need it! I know you can do it!!!

I actually completed the Cardio today because I wanted to see if I could actually do this type of workout. I am proud to say that I nailed it. I'll be officially starting the T25 program on Monday.

Hi Laura!
Congrats on doing T25! Don't be discouraged by sudden weight gain. It's actually normal body response to the new exercise: muscles retain water as a part of recovery process, causing to gain 3-5 pounds of water weight in the first couple weeks of new workout programs. In this case spend more time stretching and recover.
However, look more into your diet if you still gaining weight after couple weeks.

Hello fellow T25ers! My name is Laura. I am a 32 year old mom of two who is on day 4 of this workout program. I've done insanity before so the shorter workout with a very familar burn. I'm not following the diet but I am keeping my calories within range and eating clean. I'm drinking only water. My frustration was when I got on the scale this morning. I've GAINED 3 lbs in four days!! How frustrating! I'm getting up at 4:30 in the morning to do this workout before work and it is making it difficult to continue doing it when I'm eating less, working out and gaining weight. Hopefully you all can help keep me motivated!

I am not doing the nutrition exactly. I sub. I eat in my calorie range and very clean, so I never really feel the need to try. If I don't get the results I expect, then I might do that on round #2.

I got my program in yesterday ! I love the music! I also planning to try some recipes from the nutrition guide. Tempeh scramble sounds good! Are u following the nutrition plan?

Nah, I didn't try the shakeology. I know that it is better than most nutrient shakes out there, but I'm very pleased with my diet and workout routine!

PS Did you get a chance to try Vanilla Shakeology that was also launched with T25?

So far, it seems pretty intense like Insanity, but he seems to really be easing you in with very little of the power jump type things. It is a GREAT workout though, and I am easily as winded and sweaty after this as I ever was after Insanity. I truly expect great results when I finish this. Hopefully yours comes soon!!!

I started this program yesterday!!! Day one cardio my calves were burning, today was just FUN! Love Shaun T, he has ruined me for all other workouts! I crave the intensity of Insanity or T25!!!

My name is Jen, and I am working on getting back to being fit. It has been a LONG time since I was in shape, and now I am getting there. Thanks to Insanity and now T25, I feel amazing and have really committed to a lifetime change of health and fitness!
