I can't believe there is a team for office workers! That's great! I've been working in an office for ever now. Not the same one, but the last 3 jobs I've held (or currently holding) has been office work. I liked my last one because I had a 10 minute hike to my office. I worked in a warehouse as a transportation specialist. Now I'm an office manager. I hate the sedentary lifestyle, but I love the job. Well, I love office work anyway. I'm going to school to be an accountant and this job gives me enough downtime to work on my studies during the day. I want something different.
Any advice on how to incorporate exercise into a day at the office would be much appreciated! Looking forward to getting to know all of you!
