I have 20 to 30 minutes if I am lucky. I usually just eat my lunch and close my eyes for a bit to relax. Yet, I wonder if I would be more energetic if I changed shoes and jogged the outside of the building or if I were to at least do some stretching.

I have an hour lunch. Enough to change into workout clothes, walk, eat and change back. I've only been doing this since maybe April or May!

How long is your lunch break? I would love to get in some movement at lunch time.

Hi, my name is Liz. I began my weight loss journey two years ago. I walk at lunch 1.5 miles most days. Walk up 5 flights at least twice a day. I've also encouraged a few coworkers to walk with me or to work out in the gym in our building
