Hi Peacefrogger! I have been walking at work with a cowoker every morning and it's a great way to get some energy for the day! I am lucky my office is upstairs in a building with no elevator so I get several trips up and down each day.

Hi there Rachel :) I just rejoined the fun and frolic of Sparkpeople last week. Welcome back!
With the nice weather, I make it a point to leave my desk and go for a walk outside. Even if it's just 20 minute at lunch, it really helps to clear my head. I also have decided that instead of taking the elevator, I'm going to get back into taking the stairs (four flights) to the office.
Sometimes the little things you can do really add up!
My name is Rachel, I'm returning to SparkPoeple after a few years of chaos... Hoping to stay motivated this time!! Working in an office has been a major setback to getting fit since I sit for 10 hours a day and then go home and sit some more.
