Hello Jessica, I'm Jessica the team leader. I also sit all day. i do as others suggested. i try getting up as often as possible to take a short walk around the department (usually to/from the bathroom LOL). i also try to use the stairs. i am trying to get into walking outside or in our fitness center during lunch. i also try to do some exercises at my desk (chair dancing mostly LMAO).
I would never talk to my BFF the way I talk to myself about my body.
Hi! I understand completely about the sitting thing all day. I too sit at the desk most all of the day and drive as well. I am trying to get up at least once an hour just to take a little stroll as much as possible. Also, trying to get a walk in or a stationary bike ride most evenings at home. It is a start! Good to meet you both.

Hi everyone, although I joined a month ago I never introduced myself. My name is Jessica, and I am an accountant at a small CPA firm. I sit all day at work, which has made it hard to lose the weight I put on while I was pregnant. My son is 8 months old now and my weight is the same as when I gave birth. While trick or treating last night someone asked my husband when I was due, ouch. So now I visiting again and hopefully more motivated. I would greatly appreciate any motivation or advice for eating healthy at the office and getting in some exercise.
