Hello all! I'm happy to have found this team! I do data analysis for work with a bunch of other stuff thrown in. I am very much a professional desk rat at this point. I am over halfway to my goal weight and excited to add more little changes that make the difference. My cardio is what needs the most work and I'm tired of asthma and weak muscles standing in my way. I want to be able to keep up with my husband and do neat things like rock climbing and dancing! I also enjoy photography, baking, and hiking.
My current efforts: Reduce refined sugar Eat more veggies, fruits, and proteins Get MOVING I have a goal of doing an entire 60-minute yoga program without being out of breath or being sore the next day.
