Hi, I'm Gilbert, and I'm new here! Right now I'm at the weight I want to be, and my ongoing goal is just to keep the weight off. Many times I feel like keeping the weight off is much harder than losing the weight in the first place for three main reasons: (1) temptations to fall back into old (bad) habits, (2) complacency, and (3) plain ol' hunger. Right now I carry a pedometer and I track my steps every day, but I wondered if there was a website where I could track this stuff online. So I found this place, and here I am! I'm looking forward to using this site and saying hi to all the folks here.
