“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
I am Ellfin3 (Susie), I am just beginning to study about light work. I am enjoying it very much. I have been with Spark People for awhile. I am learning things about Me while studying. I believe it is helping Me with MY journey to good health. I am married, I have 3 children (an adopted Son, 2 Step-Daughters), I have 6 Grandchildren. I have a Jack Russell Terrier and a Tabby cat. I work as a Bookkeeper and have been at the same job for almost 32 years. I look forward to getting to know all of You! ((HUGS))
