I was wanting to be back in the game... working hard, doing the right things with water, exercise and eating... then I lost a whole week due to illness and now I'm struggling getting back on track. Still... here are my goals:

I wanted to be under 200 by Jan 1st... Now I'll settle with being back to where I was before I started gaining again (I'll need to drop about 9 lbs)

My plan to do so is to get my butt back under control:
eat 1200 cals or less, drink 64 oz of water or more, exercise at least for 10 minutes each day, read more, journal more, make myself get into the Christmas Spirit!!! I Love Christmas!

My December Goals:

1) Try my food daily.

2) exercise 30 minutes a day.

3) Drink all of my water and eat my veggies.

4) Try and get ready for our next Fun Run/5K.
(It is to raise money for Breast Cancer).

my December goals are:

1. stay on eating according to my calories

2. join 5% winter challenge

3. join the BL challenge

4. fast from being negative and be a positive person

these are my new goals for my SB

I need to get back on track and active again. We cancelled our gym membership because we are saving money to buy a house. But since cancelling I have not been motivated to do anything. I need to find some good workout DVD's that I can do.

So right now my goal is to get moving again.

I want to finish this year better than the last several years!

90 - 120 minutes of exercise 5 - 6 days per week
Finish this last week of the 5% challenge with at least another 1 - 2 pounds lost

Finish this year by being under 145 for the first time in years!

Finish out the year strong!!

225 - 270 minutes cardio per week (45 mins, 5 - 6 days per week)
40 - 60 minutes ST per week (20 mins, 2 - 3 days per week)
180 minutes stretching/yoga per week

Tracking food daily, including the weekends

Check in with my groups daily.

Complete the 28 day Bootcamp Challenge.

No more slacking, there is a difference between slacking and relaxing.

I need to get myself back on track - with tracking and consistent exercise. The scale has been going the wrong direction, and I need to put a stop to that. Cut out the emotional/stress eating, exercise daily, and track my calories! I want to be back under 145lbs by New Years.

I thought this would be a good idea to put out there our plans for the month and give our buddies an idea what we are working towards.

My December is going to be all about a strong finish. I've had some really weak months this year, I'm going out with a BANG!

60 min cardio
20 min ST
10 min stretching

I want to be back under 140 by New Years.
