Writing it out doesn't make it seem silly to any of us. We've all struggled. It isn't easy to write out the things we feel deeply and share them with others. It is part of the healing process, though. And, the more we do it, really share, the easier it gets.
I can't dance anymore because one of my legs just won't cooperate with me. Some days I regret the ballroom dancing lessons I never got around to taking when I still could, but most days I dance right here in my desk chair in front of the computer. It isn't the same, but it's still fun.

Hey all, my name is Chelsea, I am 27 year old mom of 2 boys 8 & 5. They are my whole world. I love every minute with them and want to be healthier so that I can enjoy the time with them more. I love reading, writing, movies and games. What I love even more is dance. I miss it so much and want to be able to dance again.
My biggest struggle is evening munching, my hubby works a lot so I get lonely at night and that's when the munchies kick in. I also have a hard time with quitting when I get tired or injured...and I will admit when the scale doesn't move. I work so hard and can see the results so I get frustrated when the scale doesn't move! Seems silly when I write it out! LOL
