I feel the same way. In 2007 I lost 27 pounds (from 154 to 127) and I felt so good. Since then I have gained it all back and then some. 3 days ago I started logging all my food again and I intend to get back to a weight where I physically feel better! And yes,

Its been quite the while since I have been here. About a year ago I was at my thinnest in preparation for my wedding. And well ... here I am with at least 20+ lbs to lose and hypertension in my 30s. Ugh! So I am here for any and all support. Ive been feeling frustrated that what I have been doing hasnt been working. So I figured I would try this again! Im angry at gaining all my weight back but with some medical issues and sheer laziness it happens. Ill get back there ... right???
