Hi my name is Kay. I joined here about 2yrs ago with friends from a craft group, we all kinda fell off, but one asked me to come back and help motivate her. I am really bad at doing stuff like this but I am going to try my best to support her and help myself!

Not really sure what new challenges may be out there for the team, but I know we once tracked monthly fitness minutes and raced other states...maybe we could get that set up again?

Hi, I too am starting over and am determined that this will be the last time to start over. I have begun a running program and am training for a 4 mile race in March.
I am looking forward to the challenges ahead!

Hi Team! I'm not Starting again but rather Refocusing!!! I've been on the team for a while but kinda got side tracked with life! I'm trying to refocus on my sparkteams and looking for new group challenges!

Hello Everyone, My name is Theresa and I am starting again for the third time (I think). I have tried before but just couldn't stay motivated. I think that this time will be different because for the first time since gaining all the weight I am unable to do something because of my weight. I want to have a baby. I need to lose the weight for myself and my family. I look forward to getting to know everyone and hope everyone has a great day.

YETTOBE - I know how you feel! I went through a divorce, gained weight, worked hard last summer and lost it all only to get lazy over the winter. I'm back with a new realization that this is a process that takes time...wishing you all good things as you go through what I know is a tough time.

I have started again as of yesterday! I had my thyroid removed in 2009 and it has been a long struggle ever since with my new slower metabolism having gained about 20 lbs since then.
BUT! I am re-energized and looking forward to using this wonderful resource and support system to get me back on track in obtaining my nutritional and fitness goals.

Today, I start again. I have gained additional 30 lbs since I started 2 years ago. Yes, I occasionally visit hoping to get motivated. I quess it was my support system without realizing it at the time. In the past year, I went through a separation and now proceeding my divorce. Here is my first step towards a healthier me.
