I don't have anything nearly so flashy either. I have been on the FMD since February 15, 2015 and to date have lost 17 pounds. I have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) which makes weight loss more difficult for me and so this has been really good progress for me. I am at the lowest weight I have been in more than 5 YEARS! So to me, that's success!

My first 28 days are not as flashy as your links but I am very pleased. I went a whole 28 days and didn't gain anything. That's after 14 months of steadily gaining, and doing all the right things for exercise and Eat to Live Diet.
Also, with 2 more days to go on the 28 day program, I have LOST 10.5 pounds! Amazing.
I have more to lose and think I want to do the Digestive form of Pomroys's Burn diet.
I'll be checking it out along with the hormone Burn diet. I think I need to do both. We'll see. Perhaps I won't need attention from the Endocrinologist. That would be wonderful!! That appointment is in June.
