This is the start of my 2nd week and I lost 3.4 Lbs the first week. I am amazed! I started on Mon. 7/1 at 174.4 and this morning I was at 171.0. My total inches (I have been measuring on Saturdays in 11 places for a long time) were 302.5 last Sat. 6/29 and this Sat. 7/6 were 301.5. That's 1 inch loss over all.
I did a lot of things wrong too! I didn't get my book until Wed. 7/3 and I'm still reading it.
Things I did wrong:
#1. I ate Brussels Sprouts in Phase 1
#2. I ate an Apple in Phase 3
#3. I did not do any exercises.
But, I didn't let that bother me at all. I just kelp trying to get it right. I did give up coffee and it wasn't as hard as I thought.
The rest of this 28 days I'm eating 1.5 portions because I have 46 lbs to lose. My goal is 125 lbs.
