I'm in Phase 2 of my 2nd week this time around.
Week #1 ~ Gained 2.4 lbs.
Week #2 ~ Down 2.4 lbs. (so far on day 4)
I lost a little over 15 pounds and 12 inches (over all) last year from July to November which I was proud of considering that:
I was 66 years old,
I had a complete hysterectomy when I was 28,
and chemo for stage 4 breast cancer at age 42.
I held on to that achievement of those four months until I Stopped Smoking on Jan. 25th 2014
and gained back 11.6 pounds so, I started TFMD again on Mon., Mar.10th at 170.6 pounds.
My first week I didn't do so well. Getting back in the grove is harder than I thought it would be. But, it is getting easier. I'm still making mistakes but I did before and manged to lose.
This go round I don't plan to stop living The Fast Metabolism Way of LIFE, even after I reach my goal.
The Good Habits l have now Thanks to TFMD are:
I don't drink real coffee ( I drink a cup of herbal coffee as a treat).
I have never stopped drinking half my weight in ounces of water.
Eating sprouted wheat bread.
Eating more fruits and veggies than I ever did in my life.
I only use Coconut Oil.
and I Don't Smoke any more!
I know some of you have lost that 20 pounds (or more) in 28 days and I truly think that is wonderful. But, some of us have issues that have our metabolism in worse shape than others and I am here to tell you that we too Can Do This too!!!
