I wouldn't expect miraculous results in that short of a time span. Fasting is more about overall health benefits and less about weight loss. Stilll though, I hope it works out for you!

I have done this for 2 weeks. Not yet easy or a habit but I am committing to at least one month to feel comfortable and check my results. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my two days of fasting.
