What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.
On Spark People, they encourage a lifelong lifestyle change. It is important to continue tracking your food and exercise even though you may have reached your ultimate goal. They call this maintenance. There are tons of articles on this site that will help you stay on track.
