We have quite a few people that have recently joined the 60 Day Challenge team. We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new members!!
This team is for people who promise to commit to approximately two months of overall healthier eating and/or fitness habits (tailored to your own personal needs, of course) in hopes of these habits becoming lifestyle changes. We do not beat ourselves up (or down) when we mess up. However, we do acknowledge when we make mistakes and actively push past those obstacles and get right back on track.
We are glad that you are now apart of this team and we hope that you receive much motivation and gain new Spark Friends. Share you progress and pitfalls (if you're comfortable) with the team. You'll be surprised how sharing experiences can help you!!
