I've been listening to Fat 2 Fit for awhile, and I'm so glad it's back :) I lost about 10 pounds but I'm struggling to keep it off let alone move forward. It's so frustrating because I only want to lose 10-15 more pounds! On one hand I know "all I have to do" is track all my eating and excercise 3 or so times a week but it's SO HARD when I have other plans and distractions. Hoping maybe being a more active part of the forums will give me some moral support.
