Hi, Joe!

I started listening to F2F back during the first season but I was not listening when it first began.

I have NOT listened to all of the episodes as I used to listen to soooo many different podcasts when I found podcasts on iTunes.

Thanks for the encouragement! I think now that I've gotten a little older I realize more than ever how important it is to be proactive about health.

Hi, Pauline!

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm hoping that I have learned what triggers me to get off of my program so that I can avoid those pitfalls.

Like you, I need to make sure I don't get bored.

Thanks, Caren!

Sometimes I look at the old pictures to remind myself that I have done this before so I CAN do it again. I have to remember that now is the time to do it since as we get older it will only get harder. I think I'd much rather be trying to maintain than trying to lose.

Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, that picture is from the last time I lost weight, back in 2010. emoticon I was a few pounds away from goal at the time.

I'll get there again.

Hi, Kim! Welcome to the team. I think I have the same problem as you-- I get to a certain weight and then get bored with maintenance. I then start to gain weight until I reach a point of being disgusted and start it all over again. I need to figure out a way to stay interested and motivated without the scale constantly moving down.

Welcome Kimberly!
I'm so glad you found the team. It's wonderful that you got to goal, because you know you can do it, and that gives you the confidence to get there again. You look great!

Hi, All!

I'm Kimberly!

I love F2F and am glad that Russ has decided to continue. I wish Jeff the best. I have enjoyed Helena so far and I'm looking forward to the new episodes.

I lost the weight I wanted to lose but failed to maintain. Now I'm working to get my weight back down and to increase my strength and flexibility beyond where I was before.

I'm not trying to break any speed records for weight loss but I do want to see the number on the scale steadily go down.

I've done this before but somehow I fail to stick with it much more than 6 to 8 months after reaching my goal. Each time I INTEND to maintain but I have not. This time I'm looking to unlock the door that keeps me going...but first, I need to lose the weight again. emoticon

I'm on the right path and I'm determined to STAY on the right path.
