It isn't too bad. I was told I had diabetes about 5 years ago. It does make losing weight a bit more difficult but it can be done. When I watch the diet I start to lose but if I let down my guard I start to gain. The upside is when I'm careful I not only start losing but I feel so much better. I'm still trying to recover and lose the weight I put on over the holiday's last year. It has been a very slow process but I'm on the right track.
