Hello ! I'm a girl from Belgium and I discovered sparkpeople a week ago. I love it :) I just started with a strict diet this week so a little support is always great. I love being skinny. But I'm not skinny anymore ! I'm not really fat either, but I want to lose about 10 kg to be really fit and as thin as I was. College wasn't the greatest place so far to support a healthy lifestyle :) cocktails, beer, an unregular sleep,-and eating rythm, dinnerparties, ...Those things won't be off my list but I will add sports and remove most of the food. My roommates are into early morning jogs, so that's already a good start I guess.. It's great to be part of the college survival team, and to know you're all in the same situation :) I'm prepared to work hard and really look forward to helpful tips & supporting sparkmates.. thanks in advance future-skinny-ladies!
