I'm Kay and, while I haven't gained 15 lbs during this (my freshmen) year of college, I have gotten into some wicked bad habits. Ever since sophomore year of high school, I've had weight issues, and I feel that now is as good of a time as ever to fix them.
My biggest problems are figuring out what to eat - the food in my school is sub-par at best, and I have no way of cooking my own. I'm assuming y'all face this, too. What do you do to eat healthy? I don't think I could stomach salad more than once a day, haha.
Best of luck to you guys as well. But the way I see it, we're gonna look H-O-T this summer!
