I feel your pain. I gained the freshman 30. However now I am a senior in college...and it's hard to keep blaming the "freshman fifteen" for my weight gain...since that was 3 years ago...and I need to get a grip on the situation. My current goal weight is 125 as well and I completely understand how hard it is to make time to excercise. My days are full with class/work but I realize it's something I've got to make time for. I am considering going to a spinning class that starts at 5:45 in the morning. I don't know if I'll be able to make myself do it...but it may be the only time I have on certain days!
Hi there...I gained the freshman 25. eek! I've lost 10 pounds and am aiming to drop another ten to reach my goal weight of 125. The hardest part is finding time/energy for exercise during the school year.
