Thank you Momma2x6 :) I will check out both, and let you know what I find. I realized after I posted that I can do recipes in small time segments, and in the long run make things that take more time.
Good luck with your progress while you raise your family. Mine is raised and gone, but when they were home, finding time to take care of myself was very difficult, but always well worth the effort (It just doesn't seem that way while you are doing it). Keep praying; I'll pray with you, and keep swimming :).

I am just beginning to stand and walk after a vehicle accident over a year ago. I am looking for healthy, satisfying, QUICK (two minutes or under) recipes that I can make. I am trying to avoid gluten (wheat), refined grains, and added sugar. All suggestions are welcome.
