hi I just finished the spark book!!!! Its great! I could relate to sooo many things; I have been dieting for the past two to five years (jo-jo dieting;-)) and I know that all the principles in the book are right and make sense; I also discovered that I am an emotional eater; (I broke up with my ex two years ago) and every time I feel sad or lonely I eat. And I remember times before when I excercised regularly how energised and great I felt; so this time I will do it the Spark way;-). Thank you for this book and this great forum! Its so positive; I joined some different communities before but this is so much better; positive motivating and inspiring!!!
