Hi, i am using sparkpeople for two weeks now and appreciate very much the overall concept of the site. I try to have a baby for the first time and improving my physical condition a little bit and learning to cope with stress, wont hurt now and help a lot, when being a mother ;-) I think pounds and attitudes, which developed over years, need long term changes, not just skipping dinner for a week or two. I love, how you guys are supporting eachother !
