My name is Tom and I am currently I weigh about 100kg, which is a bit too much. My personal goal is to get back to 75-80kg, which would completely satisfy me already. Before joining SP I already tried this for a few years now, but didn't lose much weight yet, but didn't gain more either. I try to keep my wife involved but am getting negative responses, so I try to do it on my own. I hope I stick with it and that within a year I made some improvements.
