Hi all, I'm Mike. I've been on SP since 2009, lost 125lbs in 16 months just eating better and exercising a little. A new (money pit) house and a new son and the stress got to me again and I gained it all back plus 4 lbs. So I started over Jan 6th and lost 28lbs last month. On my way to stay even or have a small loss this month.
Love Subway. Of course I eat the same thing everytime I go. A footlong chicken breast on wheat, toasted, no cheese with lettuce, salt and pepper. It's better then going to McDonald's or KFC. I will eat their twice per week or so. Not thrilled about the sodium, good reason I couldn't be like Jarrod and go everyday. LOL.
Personal tip: Sometimes I like to take both chicken halves and put it on one side of the footlong and discard the other half of bread!
