I'm on day 2 of the Virgin Diet after taking detailed notes from the book on loan from the library lol. I've done something similar nearly 2 years ago with a naturopath, eliminating common food intolerances and even did an expensive test with him. I stuck to the 3 weeks pretty well but I didn't make good use of the journals. Also, I added a few things back in at a time and lost control at that point... I like the controlled experiment prescribed in this approach so I'm excited to see what happens! At this point, I've lost about 60 lbs already and still have about 10-15 to the weight when I felt healthy last. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you :)
