Been on Sparkpeople since 3/24/14 - have lost 23lbs - my goal is to lose a lot more weight while gaining more energy and healthier habits. I want to try healthier foods and add in more fruits & veggies. I actually tried hummus for the first time yesterday and I liked it. It has me motivated to try other new foods. I want my daughter to have a well rounded healthy appetite and it's never too early to start - luckily she's always willing to try anything I'm eating because she likes copying her mommy (she's 2!).
