I am here to try to create some structure and feedback. I know what needs to be done, in fact, I taught nutrition for a number of years. I find that I am eating my stress and grief. Food is a lovely way to sooth ourselves. I am hoping this will motivate me through the Holiday Season. Good to meet you!
