I'd never thought of it before, but I do like the phrase "pounds you've gotten rid of" rather than "lost." So true, I don't want to find them again!

PSURE - Set those small goals and take baby steps. Dont look at the whole picture of how many pounds you need to lose but rather how many you have you have already gotten rid of (notice I said "gotten rid of" and not lost - - if we lose something we can always find it again and we don't want to every find those pounds again), how much better your clothes are fitting, how much more energy you have and how much healthier you are because of it. emoticon and together emoticon .

emoticon glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. We know that DIETS don't work, we have to change the way we eat, live and move. with a diet those pounds can climb back on our body's when we go off a diet. Changing your lifestyle, allows you to live and lose and never gain again. emoticon
