Well, I joined the challenge yesterday - so not much help specifically on that, but I've been around Spark for awhile. I think you introduce yourself, find the goal thread for Week 1 and post there. The team challenge page has the challenges for each week, and if you click on the Week 1 you can see the links to the things to work on this week. Then, at the end of the week, if you have succeeded, check off the box and see what the challenges are for the next week. You should also get an email telling you what to do on the challenge. Does that make sense? So Week 1 - all I know is Discover your calorie range, consider mini-meals (which, as a 'grazer' I love) and learn how to earn your trophy (e.g., do the stuff for all four weeks!) They do recommend you get involved in the team and they have links in the mail.
