Grrr.. snacking... my nemesis. I have found, with some success, that high protein snacks fill me up so I rely less on the empty calorie comfort foods that used to be my go-to snacks. My 2 latest faves: chocolate protein bars (cut in half so they don't take a huge chunk out of my daily calorie allowance) & edamame hummus (easy to make, and I use peanut butter instead of tahini) with cucumber slices or other veggies for 'chips,' or baked lentil chips.. both yummy and satisfying.
