Grrr.. snacking... my nemesis. I have found, with some success, that high protein snacks fill me up so I rely less on the empty calorie comfort foods that used to be my go-to snacks. My 2 latest faves: chocolate protein bars (cut in half so they don't take a huge chunk out of my daily calorie allowance) & edamame hummus (easy to make, and I use peanut butter instead of tahini) with cucumber slices or other veggies for 'chips,' or baked lentil chips.. both yummy and satisfying.

I'm learning that there are healthy substitutions for snacking. I just had to think outside of the box.

My biggest problem is evening snacks. If I start, I don't stop. I try to find somewhere to go or something to do for at least a few hours every night besides TV or computer time.
