Hi! I've never been a huge vegetable lover so I thought this may be a good challenge for me. I've been to SPARK before but I needed a change and went somewhere else and now I'm back as I found myself binging again. I will say that I am within my healthy BMI and do not have an EI, I just am an emotional eater with a lot going on. Hopefully focusing on challenges will get me in the right direction!! This morning I made an omellette with peppers and onions. Lets do this!
