week one was good for me ,lost 2ks walking seen to do the trick its only 20 mins a day ,and i make sure i move for one hour housework or in the garden ,tracking my food but still have gone over my calories started eating a mixture of vegetables for lunch today very nice
Welcome! I am glad you are here. I have gotten alot out of this challenge so far. I realize now that vegetables are a better part of fruits and vegetables! I really like my fruit, but I think I was over doing by eating only fruit! Well we all gotta learn. Hope you find this challenge as beneficial!

hello my name is Jan ,i am 67yrs old, we have two daughter,s 8 grandchildren, 10 donkey,s 2 dogs, and a cat ,95 sheep, ,last year i lost 21k this yr it,s been hard to get back into routine ,i have started back to heart moves at the gym 2 hrs a week but must look at my diet this look like a good challenge
