Hi everyone! I'm back from a year hiatus from SP. I came back because I love the community. I started over 3 months ago (March 13). I've lost 38 pounds (the other 12 were from calorie counting). I am absolutely in love. I failed so many times trying to lose weight because counting calories makes me HUNGRY. Ravenously. Keto keeps me feeling satisfied to the point where I eat because I know I have to. It's the most amazing thing.
I had mainly used MFP to keep track of all of my calories, but I just didn't like the community. I'm happy to be back on SP where encouragement is endless!
