Glad you found us!
Your doctor's LC plan should be less than 100g. That's not even truly LC for the LCers! LOL
Our endocrinologist wants us between 30-50g. It's a challenge!
Keto is even better, if you can get there. I know several people on this site are doing it. Check into the Atkins forum too. We're all sharing the same basic plan.
You'll get back to losing. Never fear!
...the problem with people these days is
they've forgotten we're really just animals ...
We did not create the web of life; we are but a strand in it.
We don't have souls. We ARE souls. We have bodies.
Welcome to the team, Misha! Great to have you! Please feel free to jump in, ask questions, share your thoughts. Glad to have you with us!

Hey everyone! My name is Misha, and I am a 26 year old Central Texas. I have been using Spark for a few years now. I have been diagnosed with insulin resistance and PCOS three years ago. I was able to lose 25 or so pounds, but for some odd reason, I have been stuck in the 140's for a year plus now (don't worry, I'm only 5 ft 1 inch). My doctor told me to do a low carb diet, and I despite following a low carb plan (around 100 gram), I found the keto diet through a fellow tumblr person. So, I am now doing keto!
Other fun facts is I love to BodyRock, and am doing BodyRock's 30 Day Real Time Challenge. Hardcore! I love cats, knitting, and Skyrim. I also do Zumba on my Kinect.
I think that's about it. Feel free to message me, or stop by my page!
