I am just starting out on my keto journey and it is nice to find a group here. I was turned on to it by a friend who has been following it for a few months and while I am a little intimidated (I have loved bread, potatoes and sweets my whole life which is why I am in the position I am!) I want to give it an earnest try. I recognize that I need to start eating more healthfully and changing my relationship with food and this seems like a simple way to get a fresh perspective.
