I've been Sparking mostly successfully as a low fat vegetarian, lost 33 pounds last year. Girl Scout cookies and burnout set me back 10 pounds. I found keto through a super-fit friend who is a distance runner. I just dove in with minimal instruction, then discovered that the "New Atkins" book provided more structure to the same end. I lost the 10 regained pounds very quickly (practically overnight) now I'm chiseling the rest off more slowly. In just over a month I've lost 13 pounds. I've got about 20 pounds to goal.
I found this team thanks to finding one of HBIC34 recipes... I might just make that almond bread today. It would be nice to have a change of pace from zero carb flax magic!
