So, hubs and I have been living the keto lifestyle since 09/14/12. I have not lost any weight, but I feel soo much better without all of those pesky carbs. I added in weight training (light weights: 3, 5, and 8lbs) about 5 weeks and am following a few of Joyce Vedrals books. In 4 weeks, I lost 0.75 in from my natural waist, and 0.5 in from my hips. The past few weekends have been keto breaks for me, but I am back in full swing. Looking for some support and hoping to get some great recipes.
